11. 脱碳层 decarburized layer

13. 表面质量 surface quality
锻材表面没有目视可见的裂纹、折叠、结疤和夹杂，如有上述缺陷就清除，深度不大于截面尺寸4%，清除宽度不小于深度的5倍，There are no visible
cracks, folds, scars or inclusions on the surface. If there are any of the above defects, they should be removed with a depth not greater than
4% of the section size and a width not less than 5 times of the depth.

16. 特点及用途 features and applications: 具有很高的韧性和良好的导热性，钢中较高的含钨量，使钢的回火稳定性提高，并在回火过程中析出碳化
物造成二次硬化，因此3Cr2W8V钢的红硬性也较好。（650℃时硬度仍达HB300左右）适用于制作高温下，高应力，但不受冲击负荷的高硬度的热压模，
顶锻模,压铸模等。 It has high toughness, good thermal conductivity and high tungsten content in the steel, which improves the tempering stability
of the steel and causes secondary hardening due to carbide precipitation in the tempering process. Therefore, the red hardness of 3Cr2W8V steel is
also better.(The hardness is still up to ABOUT HB300 at 650℃) Suitable for the production of high temperature, high stress, but not under impact load
of high hardness hot pressing die, top forging die, die casting die, etc.
优势 advantage
炼钢采用气体保护浇注，快锻机开坯，径锻机成材退火，锻造频率高恒温锻造有利于消除沿晶界分布的网状碳化物。Pouring by gas protected , blooming
by fast forging machine, forming by radial forging machine and annealing, forging with high frequency and constant temperature is helpful to eliminate the
reticulated carbides distributed along the grain boundary.
